   微創脊椎內視鏡手術技術(PELD)是一項結合科技及藝術的手術，隨著微創脊椎外科技術的迅速發展

，脊椎內視鏡手術相對而言技術性較高，需在擁有專業醫療及完善設備環境下接受訓練，才能在安全無虞的狀況下執行。台灣也在最近10年迅速的蓬勃發展，尤其近兩三年來內視鏡手術，在國內外脊椎醫學會議的報告篇數急遽的增加，每每超過半數以上，這表示PELD已經是一種潮流與趨勢。

  2018年9月台灣脊椎微創內視鏡醫學會正式成立，創會理事長也是嘉義基督教醫院骨科部主任黃儀鴻醫師，多年來於脊椎內視鏡手術的領域技術不斷的精進，把PELD的適應症擴展在幾乎所有的脊椎狹窄症，包括滑脫及側彎的病患上，結果不論是VAS疼痛指數、失能指數(ODI)都比釘棒椎籠固定融合佳，而且出血極少、手術節數少（只專注於責任節數Target therapy）的優勢，至目前全世界也是少有

，黃理事長將於12/01台灣醫療科技展會議上，將會為大家介紹目前脊椎微創內視鏡手術領域上有何創新與不同的發現。

Minimal invasive endoscopic spine surgery is a demanding approach that combines technology, art and knowledge. As the rapid progress of minimally invasive spine surgery technology, endoscopic spine surgery has a steeper learning curve when compared to traditional surgery. A training facility with a well-trained staff and complete equipment will help overcoming such an arduous situation. Taiwan has also been rapidly developing in the past 10 years. Especially in the past two or three years, endoscopic surgery, the number of reports at the domestic and international chiropractic conferences has increased sharply, more than half each, which means that PELD is already a trend and trend.In September 2018, the Taiwan Society of Endoscopic Spine Surgery (TSESS)Medical Association was formally established. The founding director was also the director of the Department of Orthopaedics of the Chiayi Christian Hospital.
